IEEE 3000 Standard Collection for Industrial and Commercial Power System

For the Electrical Engineer in an industrial or a Commercial application environment, the IEEE 3000 Standards Collection™ for Industrial & Commercial Power Systems, formerly the Color Books, are presently the most comprehensive collection of recommended practices available. The IEEE Color Books are developed and revised by the technical committees of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Industrial and Commercial Power Systems (I&CPS) Department. This technical annual meeting is one of the main meetings where the I&CPS Department reviews, updates, augments and publishes the Color Book Set as required. Presently, the format of the set is reviewed in order to ensure compatibility with the needs of practicing engineers in the Internet and electronic publishing era.
